Millpledge has an extensive portfolio of some 400 lines that have been developed to meet the diverse needs of day to day veterinary practice. Millpledge Europe bvba was established in Belgium in 2005 and is now supplying its product range into practices in Germany, France Luxembourg and the Netherlands. |

Shipping And Handling
Free carriage on all orders over £100 nett value before P.P.D. For orders below this amount, when the value-to-weight ratio makes the cost of freight disproportionate to the 5% freight allowance, Millpledge Veterinary reserves the right to make a small carriage charge to cover the difference. |
| Delivery Schedule UK Mainland orders placed before 12.00pm will be despatched the same day, on a next day delivery service. Highlands, Islands & Eire are despatched the same day but please expect two days for your goods to arrive. |

Returns Policy
Damaged goods, goods ordered in error or not ordered must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must carry the original Millpledge barcode label. We cannot accept returns without our barcode label attached.. Lapsed time percentage refund: Up to one calendar month 100% refund Up to two calendar months 75% refund Up to three calendar months 50% refund. Items ordered in error. A credit calculated on the above table will be issued on the return of goods in resaleable condition. Items not ordered A credit calculated on the above table plus return postage costs will be issued on the return of goods in resaleable condition. |

Remittance Terms
Account Terms: Payment terms are nett monthly. Invoices will be charged at list prices with a prompt payment discount (PPD) of 5% clearly marked on the invoice or remittance advice. Monthly payments received by the 10th of the month following the invoice date are subject to P.P.D. |
